All coaches are required to give 4 additional hours of service to be determined by the Board of Directors.
Head Coaches must attend Monthly General Membership Meetings. In the event that they are unable to attend, an assistant coach/team mom may represent the team.
Coaches must be present for their team’s uniform/equipment distribution and return.
Coaches/ Team Moms are responsible to communicate information and to encourage their team to participate in all organization fundraisers, i.e. - team pictures, raffles and merchandise.
Head Coaches are not permitted to take vacation in the month of August.
Coaches/ Team Moms are required to assure that their teams do not order any merchandise for their teams without the approval of the Board of Directors.
I have read the above items and agree to support the expectations and abide by the conditions described above. I understand that if I do not abide by these rules, the following consequences will be placed upon my team.
1st Offense- One Practice Cancelled
2nd Offense- One Week of Practice Cancelled
3rd Offense- Forfeiture of Next Game
*After 3 Offenses, Head Coach will be removed from team and a new Head Coach will be assigned by the Board of Directors.
